Singapore: Rajah & Tann Advises HSBC Singapore on US$150 Million Joint Venture with Temasek Holdings

Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP acted for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch (“HSBC Singapore”) in its US$150 million joint venture with Temasek Holdings. The partnership aimed to establish a debt financing platform dedicated to supporting sustainable infrastructure projects, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia.
