Hafsa Ifthikar- Sudath Perera Associates

Hafsa Ifthikar, holding the position of Senior Associate at Sudath Perera Associates, has been a key part of the firm since 2018, applying her legal expertise within the Corporate & Commercial Law division.

Her academic background is comprehensive, boasting a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, enhanced by a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and further augmented by a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Sri Lanka.

In 2015, Hafsa was officially admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law by the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and is an active member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. Her professional journey includes significant experience in tax law, having served in the Tax Department at Ernst & Young Sri Lanka, which adds a multifaceted dimension to her legal capabilities.
