Minidi Gamalath assumed the role of Head Company Secretary at SPA Corporate Services (Private) Limited, the specialized company secretarial wing of Sudath Perera Associates, in March 2018.

Prior to her tenure with Sudath Perera Associates, Minidi accumulated over two years of experience at a premier law firm, managing company secretarial responsibilities for a range of corporations, both publicly traded and private.

Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of Colombo, awarded in 2015. Following her graduation, she was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in January 2017, and she maintains membership with the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, Minidi furthered her education by securing two Master’s degrees from the University of West London in the UK—one in International Business and Commercial Law and another in International Business Management. Additionally, her proficiency in business and finance is underscored by her successful completion of the CIMA final level in 2014, becoming a CIMA Passed Finalist.
